2. About EthicaAI

EthicaAI is an inclusive AI innovation initiative focused on community engagement, education, research, framework development, advisory activities, and the advancement of responsible and inclusive approaches to emerging technologies.

  • Publications

  • Frameworks

  • Methodologies

  • Fellowship materials

are owned by or licensed to EthicaAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The names DISA™, FLAAF™, JIAIS™, EthicaAI™, and related materials are proprietary assets of EthicaAI.

No license is granted except as expressly provided.

6. Participant Content

Participants retain ownership of original content they create and submit.

By submitting content to EthicaAI for participation in fellowships, events, publications, showcases, or community activities, you grant EthicaAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display

  • Reproduce

  • Publish

  • Archive

  • Share

such content for educational, research, promotional, community, and operational purposes.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.

7. Community Participation

Participation within the EthicaAI Circle, Fellowship, events, and related initiatives is a privilege and not a right.

EthicaAI may remove content, suspend accounts, revoke membership, or terminate participation where conduct is inconsistent with these Terms or the values of the community.

Such decisions may be made at EthicaAI's sole discretion.

8. Educational and Informational Purposes

Content provided through EthicaAI is intended for educational, informational, research, and community purposes only.

Nothing contained within the Services constitutes:
