Inside the 2026 EthicaAI Caribbean Fellowship
Follow the questions, conversations and emerging ideas shaping a more inclusive AI ecosystem across the Caribbean.
The Fellowship Podcast Library
Listen to the ideas, questions and emerging work shaping the EthicaAI Caribbean Fellowship.
This evolving audio collection transforms selected Fellowship discussions, research, policy proposals, project analyses and written deliverables into accessible podcast-style conversations. Each episode examines the Fellows’ work from multiple perspectives, highlighting the assumptions, challenges and opportunities behind their proposed solutions.
From inclusive AI and disability inclusion to education, agriculture, entrepreneurship, public policy and regional development, the library documents how our Fellows are thinking through the Caribbean’s most pressing technology challenges—and turning their ideas into practical, locally grounded contributions.
New episodes will be added throughout the Fellowship as the work develops.
Inside the Dialogue
The Fellowship is not built around passive learning. Fellows are regularly challenged to question assumptions, examine the realities of Caribbean communities and consider whether proposed solutions are practical, inclusive and locally relevant.
This section captures selected questions guiding our group discussions—from leadership and public policy to accessibility, innovation, regional development and responsible technology adoption. These conversations help Fellows test their ideas, learn from one another and strengthen the work developed through their individual fellowship tracks.
-

-
Discussions encourage Fellows to strengthen their leadership skills, consider the realities of implementing their ideas and reflect on the professionals they are becoming.
-
