This Is Not Another Prompting Workshop.
Prompts & Prosecco is for curious beginners who are ready to stop hearing about AI and actually start understanding it.
You don't need to code. You don't need a technical background. You don't even need to know which AI tool you're supposed to be using yet.
That's the point.
This workshop introduces you to different AI tools, what they can do, what they can't do, and when you should—and absolutely should not—use them. Instead of becoming dependent on the first AI platform you learn, you'll start developing the confidence to be highly selective.
You'll learn to ask: Is this actually the best AI tool for what I'm trying to do?
Because ChatGPT doesn't need to do everything. Neither does Claude. Neither does Gemini. And the newest, loudest AI tool isn't automatically the right one. We want you to leave Prompts & Prosecco comfortable exploring new tools, testing them, comparing their strengths and limitations, abandoning the ones that don't serve you, and combining the right ones when a problem demands it.
Then comes the Innovation Deck.
You'll take what you've learned and use it to tackle real-world problems with deliberately unexpected constraints. Imagine being asked to address food insecurity in the Caribbean—but your cards require you to somehow incorporate AI + dancehall culture + public transportation.
Sounds ridiculous?
Perfect.
Now figure it out.
Experiment. Prompt. Fail. Switch tools. Ask someone at your table. Challenge their idea. Try something completely different. Learn again.
And somewhere between the crazy ideas and the conversations, you'll start thinking about something bigger: Who does our solution work for? Who did we forget? Could everyone actually use it? That's how Inclusive AI enters the room—not as another lecture, but as part of how you learn to solve problems.
Relaxed doesn't have to mean passive.
Prompts & Prosecco isn't another Pilates-babe-and-a-pretty-drink session where the aesthetic is the entire experience. Yes, it's relaxed. Yes, you'll socialize. Yes, there may be prosecco.
But your brain is coming to work.
This is relaxation through curiosity, experimentation, ridiculous ideas, good conversation and the satisfaction of finally understanding technology that everyone keeps telling you that you need to understand. Come alone. Come curious. Come knowing absolutely nothing about AI.
Leave knowing how to explore it, question it, choose it and use it.

What to Bring
This is a hands-on workshop, so bring your brain and bring a device.
You'll need a smartphone and/or laptop with internet access to explore and experiment with the AI tools used throughout the experience.
A laptop is recommended for the best experience, but a smartphone can also be used.
You do not need:
Coding experience
A technical background
Advanced AI knowledge
To already know which AI tools to use
Just arrive with your device charged, ready to connect, experiment and figure things out.
