Amelia Vieira Rosado founded Eos Advisory Caribbean, an advisory practice focused on the intersection of data, digital transformation, and emerging technology. Her background is in software development, with hands-on experience across BI delivery, ERP-integrated digital solutions, and public sector analytics consulting, including work with a Caribbean tax authority on data infrastructure and compliance risk. Over time, her focus shifted from building systems to asking harder questions about whether what gets built is governed, auditable, and sustainable.

Amelia's interest in AI centers on ethical and responsible rollout, as well as inclusive technology more broadly. Through the fellowship, she hopes to help strengthen the governance foundations Caribbean organizations need before adopting AI at scale, so that systems reflect regional realities rather than imported assumptions, and so smaller, under-resourced communities aren't left behind as adoption accelerates.
